Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and insured.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Carefully place your items in their original Melinda Maria pouches and boxes, then secure them inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
